AIR DUCT SYSTEMS

A well-designed air duct system, either commercial or industrial, must consider many system constraints and design factors. Deficiencies in duct design can result in systems that operate incorrectly or are expensive to own and operate. Poorly designed ductwork can result in inadequate airflow rates which may cause blockage and unbalanced systems.

DYNAMIC SCRUBBERS

The Dynamic Scrubber is a three-stage, non-plugging collection system ideally suited for product recovery and dust collection. Dynamic scrubbing involves the use of a wet fan to mix gas, dust and water to an extreme turbulence which forces dust particles into scrubbing liquid.

REVERSE PULSE BAG FILTERS

The Reverse Pulse Bag Filter is a dust collector of simplistic design that combines high dust collection efficiency and low maintenance under the most arduous operating conditions. The bag filter operation is fully automatic, has no moving parts and all the controls are situated on the outside of the unit.

PULSE-JET BAG FILTERS

The Pulse-Jet Bag Filter efficiency is among other ensured through the cyclonic type scroll inlet. The utilization of filter bags up to 11 meters gives a high filter cloth surface on a small footprint. It has a modular compact design for high-capacity filtration and its cylindrical design makes it possible to base large systems on parallel cylindrical modules.

DUST CYCLONES

The Dust Cyclone is a device without moving parts which separates dust particles from a gas stream by utilizing the effects of centrifugal forces imparted on the gas and dust mixture passing through the dust cyclone. Dust cyclones are commonly employed as product recovery or separation devices in material handling and process systems to handle loose solids in a diverse range from sawdust, chemicals, iron oxide, grains to flue dust.

DUST SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS

We create Dry Fog. Our technology uses air atomizing nozzles that produce water droplets 10 μm or less. These ultra-fine water droplets add less than 0,1 % moisture by weight and attach to like size dust particles and drop back into the process.
Our Dry Fog systems are designed and engineered to effectively reduce fugitive dust at material handling points.
