Envirovent Reverse Pulse Bagfilters are engineered for high-efficiency dust collection across a wide range of industrial applications. Designed for continuous operation, their robust construction, automatic reverse pulse cleaning system and proven filtration technology deliver reliable performance, extended filter bag life and low maintenance requirements under demanding operating conditions.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Dust-laden air enters the lower hopper section through an inlet diffuser, which evenly distributes the airflow and reduces gas velocity. This promotes primary separation of the heavier dust particles before the air flows upward around the filter bags.
As the air passes through the filter media, dust particles are collected on the outer surface of the filter bags while clean air passes into the clean-air plenum and exits through the outlet.
At predetermined intervals, a short pulse of compressed air is released through the pulse cleaning system, dislodging the accumulated dust from the filter bags. The dust falls into the hopper and is continuously discharged through a rotary vane feeder, double flap valve or other suitable discharge device.
The automatic reverse pulse cleaning system enables continuous online operation while maintaining high filtration efficiency, low pressure drop and extended filter bag life.
The clean-air plenum provides safe and convenient access for routine inspection, maintenance and filter bag replacement.
MODEL BE REVERSE PULSE BAGFILTER
The Envirovent BE Reverse Pulse Bagfilter provides economical, high-efficiency dust collection for gas flow rates from 0.5 to 100 m³/s. As illustrated in the typical collection efficiency curve below, the BE can achieve collection efficiencies exceeding 99.9% while delivering reliable performance, extended filter bag life and low maintenance in demanding industrial environments.
Designed for continuous operation, the BE is ideally suited to medium and high dust loading applications, delivering high filtration efficiency and reliable long-term performance at operating temperatures of up to 260°C.
