SimPact 4T Process Pulse-Jet Filter
A cost-efficient bag filter investment.
The SimPact 4T bag filter series in sanitary stainless-steel design has a compact and sturdy cylindrical design. The filter comes with or without CIP.
The efficient down flow co-current filtration ensures effective product recovery and emission control. The efficiency is among other ensured through the cyclonic type scroll inlet which can be constructed as a wraparound type.
Utilization of filter bags up to 11 meters gives a high filter cloth surface on a small footprint.

- The pulse-jet system automatically cleans the bags on- line row- by-row.
- Utilization of filter bags up to 11 meters gives lower footprint.
- Wraparound air inlet ensures even air distribution between the bags and so minimising the risk of swinging bags.

SimPulse 3C Filter
Single-bag cleaning technology for high-capacity process air filtration giving you the benefit of long bag life and energy savings.
The SimPulse 3C represents the next generation of baghouse pulse-jet filters. It uses a unique and leading filter technology based on high pulse energy, high pulse volume and low pulse pressure.
It has a modular compact design for high-capacity filtration. Its cylindrical design makes it possible to base large systems on parallel cylindrical modules.
Efficiency
- The high energy and low-pressure combination gives gentle cleaning and longer bag-life.
- Minimum temperature gradients in the filter chamber mean a reduced risk of condensation and corrosion. This means a longer production time for your filter.

IN Insertable Pulse-Jet Filter
A cost-efficient, robust solution that gives you the benefit of high productivity and savings.
The IN series is a well proven design and an efficient pulse-jet cleaning system. Insertable (IN) pulse-jet filters are modular bag filters in which the dust-laden air enters through the base and is evenly distributed between the filter bags. This ensures a smooth flow of both coarse and fine particles into the filter.
Efficiency
- The pulse-jet system automatically cleans the bags row-by-row even as the dust is being filtered. The advantages is that the filter continues to work while the bags are being cleaned.

SimSpot Spot Filter
A miniature bag filter suitable both as a stand-alone solution and as an extension to central aspiration plants.
The SimSpot miniature bag filter is a practical alternative to conventional central aspiration. Its simple, functional design allows it to be easily installed on conveyors and bucket elevators.

- The SimSpot filter with the built-in fan is in action only when the machine is working – giving you energy savings and your filter bags a long life.
- The SimSpot filter is also available without a built-in fan. This means that you can connect it to a large central fan to save energy.
