Our Client Support Services are focused on helping clients understand the condition and performance of their systems, identify the causes of operational problems and develop practical recommendations for improved performance, reliability and maintainability.
Services may be provided for Envirovent equipment, legacy installations and suitable third-party systems. Each assignment is individually scoped according to the equipment, operating conditions, available technical information and the client’s specific requirements.

SYSTEM AUDITS & PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT
A system audit provides a structured assessment of how an existing dust-control, fume-extraction or ventilation system performs as an integrated whole, from the point of generation and capture through to collection and final dust discharge.
The scope of each audit is tailored to the system, the operating concern and the level of investigation required.

TYPICAL AUDIT DELIVERABLE
Depending on the agreed scope, the client receives a concise engineering report recording the observed system condition, available measurement results, identified performance constraints and likely causes of the problems investigated.
The report includes prioritised recommendations and proposed next steps. Where further modifications are required, detailed engineering and implementation support can be offered as a separate follow-on scope.
